You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and all required access (such as logins, files, and approvals) so we can deliver the services.

Important: Any delay or failure to provide required information or access may impact timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, and we are not responsible for delays caused by such issues.

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Work will not commence until payment has been received.

Apple Pay transactions and other card payments are processed securely by third‑party payment providers and are subject to their terms and security standards. You are responsible for any bank or payment provider charges.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details about cancellations, change‑of‑mind refunds, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We provide services using reasonable care and skill; however, specific outcomes (such as revenue, leads, conversions, or growth) cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or business arising out of or in connection with the services or these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order or commence services will apply to that engagement, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
